Who Are You
Skating For?
Three distinct programs. One coach who adapts to where you are, not where she thinks you should be.

Competitive Juniors
Chase the Score You Know You Can Hit.
Training for skaters ages 8–18 chasing qualifying scores, podium finishes, and personal bests. We work at 5 AM if that's what the season demands.
- IJS technical scores improved avg. 11 pts
- Competition-specific mental prep
- Jump and spin level advancement
- Weekly performance review
Adult Returners
The Ice Still Remembers You.
For adults returning after years away — or stepping on ice for the first time. No judgment, no rush. Just structured progress at your pace.
- Beginner to Bronze in 6–12 months
- Flexible morning + evening sessions
- Adult group classes available
- Non-competitive options too

Parents & Families
Turn Obsession Into Something Real.
Your child already loves the ice. We give that passion structure, accountability, and a clear path from Saturday sessions to competition-ready.

- Competition calendar planning
- Equipment and off-ice guidance
How We Build
Champions.
01 / Assessment & Blueprint
02 / Deliberate Practice
03 / Competition Readiness

Assessment & Blueprint
Every skater starts with a 45-minute on-ice assessment. We film, we analyze, we map the gap between where you are and where the score sheet needs you to be. No assumptions — just data and instinct.
- Video analysis of current jumps and spins
- IJS scoring gap identification
- Physical conditioning baseline
- 12-week roadmap delivered within 48 hours

Deliberate Practice
Sessions aren't about logging ice time — they're about solving one specific problem per session. Every drill has a purpose. Every correction is tracked. The 5 AM sessions are hard because they're supposed to be.
- Targeted 60-minute private sessions
- Weekly semi-private group options
- Off-ice conditioning coordination
- Competition simulation practice

Competition Readiness
When it's time to compete, you're not guessing. Program choreography, music timing, mental rehearsal, warm-up protocols — we've built the routine so the skater can just skate.
- Full program choreography included
- Competition warm-up protocols
- Mental performance preparation
- Score review and next-cycle planning
What They Say
After the Ice.
Maya went from inconsistent Axel attempts to landing a clean triple combination in 14 months. The coaching here is unlike anything we'd experienced. The detail, the patience, the results — it's real.

Rachel Thornton
Parent of Maya T., Competitive Junior
Regional Championships 2026
I hadn't been on the ice since I was 19. The first session felt like remembering a language I'd forgotten. Glide structured it so I wasn't embarrassed or overwhelmed — just progressing.

David Park
Adult Returner, 22-year gap
Adult Sectionals 2025
My coach pushes me exactly to the edge of what I can do — never past it, never below it. The 5 AM sessions are brutal. I love them. My scores improved 11 points in one season.

Priya Kapoor
Juvenile Skater
Sectionals January 2026
Sofia landed her first Axel 8 weeks after starting. We've been to coaches before. None of them had this kind of structural clarity about what the next step actually was.
